Our Mission

The goal of the J.W.Ross Cultural Arts Center/Library is to provide all Sea Bright residents a site for reading, educational opportunities, leisure activities and personal enrichment.

Extensive in-house audio, print and visual collections, enhanced by county circulating materials provide the means to explore new vistas, be informed and entertained.

Story reading times for children; programs and computers for students and adults to do research; course offerings to promote acquisition and honing media-related skills encourage a diverse constituency to use the library.

A gathering place for all who wish to read the newspapers and periodicals; benefit from multiple computers stations; enjoy the monthly exhibits of work by local artists and the library collections, the J.W.Ross Cultural Arts Center/Library provides a welcoming atmosphere.

The J.W.Ross Cultural Arts Center/Library is unique in Sea Bright as a location where residents come individually to pursue their interests and in groups to learn, discuss and grow.
