T'ai Chi Program

T’ai Chi is a mindfulness moving meditation. The set of 19 movements and one pose is soft, flowing and easy to learn. Benefits may include peace of mind, improved health and simply, joy. Relax before the holidays ensue!

Come join us on Friday, November 22 from 1:45 to 3pm on the third floor for some relaxation and mindful moving meditation! Please come dressed comfortably.
